I would also love a "PRE-TRANSIT" to be also part of this.
I have an order from Bandai currently in which Bandai emailed out the shipping date to ordering customers (in this case Japan Rabbit) a week ago but Japan Rabbit is not updating the shipping date estimates on orders even though this is a direct confirmation from the company/seller.

Hello Japan Rabit,
With pre-order items, you often receive updates from the companies you order from on our behalf as to updates to the shipping timeline.
Would you please add a "Company's Shipping Updates" field to the service that you update?
The status would start as "NONE".
When you receive an email with a shipping out date from the company, the status would update to "SHIP ETA (YYYY-MM-DD)"
For example: I have pre-orders from Bandai Premium Japan which always emails out a ETA for shipping about 2~4 weeks prior to them shipping the product out however on White Rabbit Express we don't receive those updates. (I currently have an order where locals shared said email blast.)

Hi Henry! Just curious, but is your ideal feature for this status to know once the domestic seller has shipped your package to our office ("In Domestic Transit")?

Jessica: Yeah, it would be nice to fill in the gap between: "Shipped by seller" and "Received at Rabbit"
If it was possible to make it per item then it would be awesome. Something i do normally is order both in sale and reservation doujinshi so knowing in which order they are arriving would help with planning for shipping
