Include purchase bot status on system status page

System status page says 100% operational, but the auto purchase bot is either down for maintenance or broken. it would be useful if anything like this was included on the service status page.

I confirmed with the team that at this stage we won't be adding a status for the bots (as it shouldn't be needed once they are stable). But if more votes come in we will reconsider. I'll leave the ticket open just in case!

Downtime should be very rare for auto purchases (the issue that brought them down last week has been corrected) but I will speak to the team about this.
